Hi,

I can’t login to the Admin Environment of Company, and I’m pretty sure I’m using the right password. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hello Theodore,

Do you use the normal login, or login through SSO? Either way, if it’s the normal Company login you can just create a new password by clicking the link on the form.

If you are using SSO, any of your colleagues can create a new password for you, after which you should be able to log in again.

If all else fails, send an email to support@company.com and we’ll sort you out!
